This course provides an overview of the sales management process, with an emphasis on the importance of developing the skills, attitudes, and thinking patterns needed in order to win customer satisfaction and loyalty. Specific behaviors, techniques, leadership styles, performance evaluation metrics, and future directions are provided to maximize professional success.
