Course level: Upper Division
Students will learn about human services delivery, crisis intervention, and mental health services within the criminal justice system. Students explore the skills associated with crisis intervention and mental health services and how they are applied in the field. Strategies for providing services to various populations in the criminal justice system also are examined.

- Develop a comprehensive crisis intervention plan of action for responding to critical incidents from a criminal justice perspective.
